Practicing meditation has long been felt to have positive effects on your mental well-being, and now there is research to support the physiological gains from daily meditation. Harvard-affiliated researchers published their findings in the January 30, 2015, issue of Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging. Their study involved an experiment with 16 participants and a control group.
