Ever wonder why that certain social media post got so much attention? Can’t explain why you can’t help but click on that article posted on your Facebook feed? Is there an argument you cannot resist when you are killing time on Twitter? Recently, I saw this video that has made a dramatic impact on my social media use and focus. The creators of this video have outlined a great way to think about ideas and posts on the internet and how your mind gets manipulated by social media.  “If you want to maintain a healthy brain, it pays to be cautious of thoughts that have passed through lots of other brains and poke you where you are weakest. It’s your brain, be hygienic with it.”
