As a parent, I know the difficulties of trying to get children to brush their teeth, get in bed and go to sleep.  Almost all parents at one time or another have struggled with a child at bedtime.   However, it doesn’t have to be difficult.  Follow the link below to learn 5 steps that can make bedtime easier for parents and foster independence in children!

Rob received Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado, where he trained in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Through his career, he has had a variety of work experiences in the mental health field.  Currently, he works as an EAP consultant with Anthem.
