Being Healthier in the New Year

The holiday season can be demanding both mentally and physically. Navigating these demands often results in an increase in weight and feelings of exhaustion and fatigue. These changes can impact both your mood and ability to function in a healthy manner. Getting back on track and implementing a new and healthy routine requires extra time and a little motivation. Often, the hardest part about getting this new routine started and getting your life back in balance is scheduling the time and making the choices necessary to improve the quality of your life. Committing your time and energy in being healthier can benefit you both now and for the long term.  The following article discusses steps to help navigate the “resolution” for being healthier for the New Year.
