Build stronger relationships by getting to know…yourself?

Developing and maintaining healthy, positive relationships requires us to be both insightful and introspective. One of the first steps in building a positive relationship is getting to know yourself.  Learning qualities about yourself, both positive and negative, helps to avoid “Red Flag” issues and also helps in appreciating other people’s perspectives.

 

Being both insightful and understanding, may seem easy at first, but is often difficult to navigate as “expectations” and life change.  The path of relationship development will lead you into unknown and risky directions.  But, if navigated with a sense of open-mindedness and purpose, the destination can be one of growth and happiness.
