Yoga benefits where the mind and body intersect. Research has shown that yoga reduces stress, improves immune function and helps people cope with anxiety and depression. Now, a promising new study has shown yoga to be helpful in treating war veterans diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
